6. Prices

Prices displayed on Blinzo may include or exclude applicable taxes, delivery charges, service charges or other charges depending on how the checkout system displays them.

The applicable total amount should be shown before order confirmation.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through supported payment gateways or other payment methods.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize applicable charges for confirmed orders.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation availability may depend on:

• Order status
• Store preparation status
• Delivery status
• Product type
• Payment status
• Applicable seller policies

Where cancellation is permitted, the applicable refund process will apply.

9. Refunds

Refunds may be available for eligible cancellations, failed orders, missing items, damaged items or other qualifying circumstances.

The refund method and processing time may depend on the original payment method and payment service provider.

10. Delivery

Delivery is subject to the applicable delivery zone, store availability, delivery partner availability and operational conditions.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed deadlines.

11. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Use Blinzo for unlawful purposes
• Create fraudulent accounts
• Provide false information
• Abuse offers or promotions
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Upload malicious content
• Misuse delivery or payment services

12. Seller Responsibility

Participating sellers are responsible for their products, inventory, pricing, product information, applicable licenses and fulfilment responsibilities.

13. Reviews and Content

If Blinzo allows users to submit reviews, ratings, photographs or other content, users must ensure that such content is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person's rights.

Blinzo may remove content that violates applicable rules or platform policies.

14. Intellectual Property

Blinzo's name, logo, software, design, graphics, text and other platform content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit such content without appropriate authorization.

15. Third-Party Services

Blinzo may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, maps, authentication services and delivery services.

Use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

16. Service Availability

Blinzo aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every location.

17. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blinzo will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including network failures, third-party service failures, severe weather, traffic disruptions or other operational interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Blinzo may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after an updated version is published may be subject to the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction provisions applicable to the Blinzo business and the nature of the dispute.
